Performance Therapy
Performance therapy is physical therapy that keeps going after the pain settles: one-on-one strength, mobility and conditioning programs designed by Doctors of Physical Therapy. It is for people coming out of rehab, active adults and athletes in Franklin, Brentwood and Nashville, Tennessee who want to stay strong and keep injuries from coming back.
Rehab and training in one plan
Performance therapy blends pain control, education about how your body moves, corrective exercise, capacity building, conditioning, mobility and hands-on work. It bridges the gap between physical therapy and long-term fitness.
Coming out of rehab
You are done with the acute problem but not ready to go back to everything. The program carries you from rehab into stronger, more confident training.
Training with a nagging problem
Programs are built around your goals, fitness level and movement quality, so weak links get addressed before they turn into setbacks.
Training for the long run
Performance here means the ability to perform at life: carrying, lifting, climbing stairs and getting up off the floor, not backflips.

“Our family can't say enough good things about Elevate615! We trust them with just about everyone in our family. They work with my kids for their hockey training and performance, and it's been amazing to see the confidence, strength, and movement they've developed. …”
Progress that bends with your week
Progress is rarely a straight line. On days you are rested, fueled and motivated, we push. On days you do not feel superhuman, we switch from performance to recovery based on your feedback. That is what makes performance therapy collaborative and adjustable, from a pain and musculoskeletal point of view.
If your main problem is pain that flares when you train, the Return-to-Training Roadmap is the place to begin. For one-on-one coaching without a package menu, see Personal Training & Small Group Fitness. If you want a baseline first, book the Fitness Assessment. Runners and golfers can start with a running assessment or golf physical therapy.
