What every visit has in common
- One-on-one care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
- A private, comfortable setting where you can talk freely
- Evidence-based treatment tailored to your needs and goals
- Sessions of about 55 to 60 minutes
- Pelvic floor care that is integrated with strength, movement and breathing
Strength training through menopause and for bone health
As estrogen declines, your body changes and your training may need to change with it. Lifting heavier weights puts tension on muscle that pulls on bone, which is why strength training matters here.
Menopause fitness
Strength training, joint health, balance and cardiovascular endurance, built around perimenopause and menopause so you can feel strong and resilient.
Osteopenia and osteoporosis program
Safe, progressive resistance training that supports bone health and lifelong mobility. It sits alongside performance therapy for strength.
★★★★★
“I can’t say enough good things about Elevate615 Donelson! As a postpartum mom trying to get back into fitness, I was nervous about lifting weights again and wanted to make sure I was doing it safely. Working with Reina, Doctor of Physical Therapy, has completely changed my confidence and how I move. …”
Questions about women’s health physical therapy
Do I need a referral?
You do not need a physician referral to start physical therapy at Elevate615: Tennessee allows direct access. If longer care later needs a physician involved, we coordinate with them.
Will I need an internal exam?
Not every patient does. Pelvic floor therapy may include education, guided exercise, breathwork and manual therapy, and, when appropriate, an internal exam by a certified pelvic health therapist. It is part of assessment only when it is indicated.
Can someone come to my home?
Yes. Our concierge pelvic floor visits bring care to your home in Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville and nearby communities.
