Your first visit
What happens at your first session, what to bring and how many visits to expect.
Questions we hear before the first visit
What should I expect at my first session?
We’ll review your history & goals, perform a movement assessment (strength, mobility, control) and begin targeted treatment and exercise strategy—no wasted sessions.
Do I need a physician referral?
No. Tennessee allows direct access. You can start now. If extended care later requires physician involvement, we’ll coordinate seamlessly.
How are you different from traditional PT clinics?
100% 1-on-1 skilled care, performance integration, progressive loading, education and long-term focus instead of passive modality churn.
Do you handle both rehab and performance?
Yes—our model merges pain reduction, movement restoration and strength / performance development in one continuum.
What conditions do you treat?
Orthopedic, sports, run, post-surgical, tendon, spine, hip/sciatica, shoulder, knee/ACL, foot/ankle and movement-related pain & performance barriers.
How long are sessions / how many will I need?
Sessions run ~55–60 minutes. Many patients see meaningful change within 4–6 visits; complex cases or performance goals may progress longer with decreasing frequency.
