Personal Training & Small Group Fitness
Personal training at Elevate615 is strength and mobility coaching from a team of Doctors of Physical Therapy, so your plan accounts for old injuries, recurring pain and your long-term goals from day one. If you want a personal trainer near Franklin, Brentwood or Nashville, you can train one-on-one, in a small group of two to four people, or online.
Who trains with us
This is for adults who want expert coaching, better movement and a plan they can keep up.
- Busy adults who want structure instead of guessing in the gym
- People finishing physical therapy who want post-rehab training that keeps building strength safely
- Former athletes who want to feel capable and strong again
- Adults focused on longevity, confidence and healthy aging, including strength training for seniors and active adults 40 and over
One-on-one coaching, small group training or online
Every format is led by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy.

The full attention of your coach, with progress tracking and adjustments as your body changes.
- Movement baselines at your first session
- Progressions built around you
Small group fitness
Small group training for two to four people at a reduced per-session rate. It suits partners, couples and friends who like training together.
- Personal attention inside a group
- Exercises scaled to each person
Online programming
A program from a Performance Therapist for people who cannot get in routinely, with regular check-ins.
- Video exercise demonstrations
- Changes as you progress
Movement first, then the weights
This is not a loud, one-size-fits-all bootcamp, and it is not a crowded fitness class. Most training services start with what you want to lift or look like. We start with how you move.
Movement-first programming
Strength plans built around how you move today, not around an idealized gym standard.
Progressive strength coaching
Clear steps in strength, power and capacity so each phase builds on the last.
Injury-aware adjustments
Old injuries, flare-ups and mobility limits are part of the plan.
Accountability
Expert eyes on technique, pacing and consistency so momentum does not stall.
How you get started
Discovery call
You talk through your goals. Brian Kaufmann currently handles intake and can match you with the coach who fits your goals, history and schedule.
Initial session
We set your movement baselines, find your limits and map the coaching and progression that will work.
Train and progress
You build strength and confidence through consistent coaching, and we adjust as you change.
Training, a fitness assessment or physical therapy first?
You do not need to be pain-free to begin. If pain or a recent setback is what limits you most, start with physical therapy, and we will help you decide. A fitness assessment is a good first step if you want data on mobility, strength and endurance, and performance therapy covers the wider rehab-to-performance path. If your back or another old problem flares up mid-program, you can move back into physical therapy at Elevate615. Runners can add a running analysis.
Prices and packages are shared on request, so ask the clinic when you call.
★★★★★
“Our family can't say enough good things about Elevate615! We trust them with just about everyone in our family. They work with my kids for their hockey training and performance, and it's been amazing to see the confidence, strength, and movement they've developed. …”
Personal training questions
Do I need to be pain-free before starting?
No. If you have active pain or a recent injury, our team helps decide whether personal training fits or whether physical therapy comes first. After surgery, see post-surgical rehab.
Is this only for athletes?
No. It is built for active adults, former athletes and busy professionals, and for anyone who wants a stronger body for everyday life. Athletes can use it too; see sports injury care.
Should I do the fitness assessment first?
It helps if you want more data or have several concerns to sort through. If you already know you want ongoing coaching, book the discovery call and the team will guide you.
