He listens and meets me where I am. I love that he is a PT by trade & training because he helps me to heal and to prevent further injury. I was introduced to Elevate 615 on 2/21/2025 by my Primary Care Physician. I was not recommended for Rehabbing an injury but as an Individual looking for a regimen to optimize my health and well being as I age. I was in need of tools and knowledge to incorporate PT as a way of life, ward of disease, promote balance and avoid injuries. Though I mainly train with Brian Kaufman, he and his partner Nate Stiffler along with their Staff members have built themselves a wonderful working atmosphere. They are all extremely kind. I had a great experience at Elevate615. I worked mainly with Reina Vierra, who did an excellent job assessing the issue and implementing a plan to help strengthen my elbow. The other PTs, Nate and Brian, were also very helpful and made me feel welcome. The receptionist, Tori, was very easy to work with when scheduling sessions each week. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Elevate615. I worked with several different trainers (Elaine, Brian, and Carl), each of them were very top-tier. Their plans and guidance were all very consistent and concise. I was given specific stretches, exercises and routines, as well as restrictions, and continued to see improvements on a weekly basis that I was not expecting so quickly. The staff that I wasn't currently working with were all very personable and professional. I came in dealing with back pain that had been bothering me for a while, and honestly I wish I had come in sooner — because Reina completely fixed it. Love this place. Found it online a couple months ago after having a flare up of a pre-existing injury and was in literal tears calling anyone that would take me same day. They got me in an hour after I called, made sure I was all set up, and I've been going ever since. Hannah is wonderful and I appreciate PTs that turn into personal trainers more so, because that shows me they don't want the injury to happen again, instead of just ending treatment after you're "pain free." She got me back to being mobile and pain free and now I'm working on strengthening and making sure I never have another flare up again.
